Got jk wrangler had an accedent and some how lost all engine oil if i fix it will it cause me trouble later?

The problem with trying to answer your question is that we cannot see the engine, in particularly the connecting rod bearings. I would strongly recommend taking off the oil pan and pulling off about three of the connecting rod end caps and checking the bearings. If they are bad, you will need to rebuild or replace the engine. If they are good, there's a good chance you got a break and can repair it. Good luck.
