How can i fix a push mower that is spitting oil from the muffler?

check the oil level probably have too much in it.drain the oil to proper level and change your spark plug and off you go.How can i fix a push mower that is spitting oil from the muffler?
If it is Lube oil that is coming out and you have to make up oil in the crankcase much often then before, it has to do with the piston rings. You can further check if the crankcase oil is getting dirtier very fast which would indicate blowpast due worn out piston rings. If you have a crankcase breather, you must check it is clear or not. If the crankcase is getting pressurised, the oil will be pushed up to the cylinder and eventually out through the muffler.How can i fix a push mower that is spitting oil from the muffler?
If the oil level is correct, it will have to be overhauled, new piston rings.
either you need a ring job- or you will soon as there is too much oil in the crankcase!
Sounds like its time to rebuild the carburator
