when i check the smoke its still looks white but not normal white its not really blue either but it has been losing oil lil by lil. how can i fix this.I have a 1993 dodge stealth, and its burning oil how can i fix it?
There are generally internal issues that cause ';oil consumption'; but with the year of the car %26amp; it not being blue smoke I'd chalk it up to old age.

The 1st %26amp; most obvious is: Is it leaking the oil? if so........deal with it accordingly.

The resolution in your case would be to do the following: Purchase a product by ';Lucas'; called ';Oil Stabilizer'; ($7.99-$12.99 qt.). Remove 1qt. of oil (if full) %26amp; add the Lucas. It is a very thick product so be patient......very patient when waiting for it to drain down the funnel. Hint: set bottle on the ground %26amp; set a hair dryer near it for 30 minutes to heat it up, you'll be happy you did that.

...as above...

To aid in getting the 'thick honey/Lucas stuff' to flow out of the container, I warm the full container up in a pot of hot water.

If the vehicle recommends 5w30 weight oil, I'd use thicker oil like 10w/30.
There is no quick fix, you probably have worn valve seals anf the heads will need to be removed to replace them, for now you can add what is called, Motor Honey.... it is thick and might help.....
