If i rub a small amount of warm olive oil into my heat damaged hair, will it help fix it?

And if it will be good for it, can i just leave it in there and style as normal? If i rub a small amount of warm olive oil into my heat damaged hair, will it help fix it?
Don't leave it in! Use quality products such as Joico/K-Pak reconstuctor %26amp; Silk Results to style. Also Take Biotin %26amp; Vitamin E.If i rub a small amount of warm olive oil into my heat damaged hair, will it help fix it?
Olive oil is really good for hair...it leaves it nice, soft and shiny. It might not fix it completely, but it will leave it feeling better.

You can't leave it in there then style as normal though. You can leave it in for a while (10-30 minutes) then rinse it off. You could also have a shower at night, apply olive oil, pop a shower cap on then go to sleep. It's abit uncomfy, but when you rinse it off in the morning your hair will feel sooo nice.
yes it will help

also try to - apply mayonnaise on your hair for two hours twice a week

it will make ur hair super healthy and shinny
You must add several cloves of crushed garlic to the oil.
Gotta love the natural oils :)

You have to rinse it out before you style it, though.
dot he mayo treatment, it worked for me =D
