Can a car be fixed if it has 4 leaks where the oil goes? Will it cost a lot to fix it?

I have a 1989 Cavalier just had someone non-mechanic) look at it to see what is wrong with it, I was told that there are 3-4 leaks where the oil keeps just going thro as fast as I put it in. Can this be fixed by a mechanic?Can a car be fixed if it has 4 leaks where the oil goes? Will it cost a lot to fix it?
It can be fixed, but that car has parts that are hard to find due to it being a Cavalier in the 1989. It might cost a lot but they would probably just replace the whole pipe unless the leak is in totally separate areas.
