What are some good ways to fix pork chops other than frying them in oil?

We grill pork chops if they're thick cut. Add some BBQ sauce and they're tasty!

If you have thinner chops, with or without bone, I bake them a large dish using a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of cream of chicken soup - mixed with water or milk. Then I add veggies and rice and cook until the rice is soft. The veggies can be any type and mixture. My hubby likes broccoli but i tend to add that and much more. If you like, after making your plate, add cheese to the rice/veggie mixture for a different taste. What are some good ways to fix pork chops other than frying them in oil?
This is how I have done them in the past-put them in a baking dish and cover them with cream of mushroom soup and add more mushrooms and celery and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cooked through. They're great with some mashed potatoes because the soup works as a kind of gravy...What are some good ways to fix pork chops other than frying them in oil?
brown them in a skillet and cover with cream of mushroom soup and water, add cubed or sliced potatoes and bake in baking dish covered with foil, they will be really tender, sometimes i add brocolli to the dish for our green veggie
I pan grill them a little then place them in a covered baking dish and smother them with bar-b-q sauce and bake for about 45min. Mmmm, fall apart, sticky, saucy, melt in your mouth gooooood.
Brown then slow cook for several hours with root veg, oxo's, worcestershire sauce.

Brown and the steam.

Both methods make the pork really tender!
Make up some cornbread dressing and brown them and put them on top of the dressing and bake in oven. Love this.
Put them in a slow cooker and throw in a can of mushroom soup or any cream soup you like. Cook for 8 hours on slow or 4 hours on high. Yum!
Shake %26amp; Bake or any good breading mix, then bake on a grooved surface like a broiler pan so the grease drains away.
