Not sure what your problem is by your description. I am going to guess that the oil is getting into the airfilter area. This happens when the oil level in the crankcase is too high. If it is above the full mark on the dipstick, drain some out. Clean or replace the air filter if it has oil on it.
Sometimes the air vent on the cap or the oil filter is clogged and the pressure builds.Try cleaning and replacing them.
