Is there any easy fix to stop oil burning?

My motorcycle is burning oil everytime it starts up in one exhaust pipe,but then goes away. It's not that big of a deal but I was just wondering if it could be fixed without much work.Is there any easy fix to stop oil burning?
It is getting good top end lubrication.Leave it alone for now and replace the piston rings in the future.Is there any easy fix to stop oil burning?
If your bike has a four stroke engine it is more likely a valve stem seal that is letting a bit of oil seep by when the engine is shut off. If the engine arrangement will allow you to support the valve while you remove the rocker arm and spring, it isn't a big job to replace the seal.
