How do you fix water getting into your oil tank?

I went to get the oil changed in my 04 Cavalier and they said they couldnt do it because it looked like there was at one time water in the oil. The tech said it looked a little creamy near the top of the dip stick. What am I going to need to fix?How do you fix water getting into your oil tank?
You could have a blown head gasket. Get a compression test. If you find two cylinders with low compression right next to each other the head gasket is probably the cause. Also if you have recently blown a hose near the dipstick it could just be condensation, wipe the stick and see if it reappears. if your oil on the lower portion of the stick is creamy then you should not drive the car until you get it fixed as doing this will certainly ruin the engine. How do you fix water getting into your oil tank?
first check to see, is there smoke coming out of your tail pipes?, oil and water should never mix in the engine

that means the coolant COULD be leaking into the engine, mixing with the oil

now why they couldn't change your oil, makes no sense to me, you can still change the oil

check your radiator fluid, should be nice and green
If it is a milky look at the oil cap of dipstick, It may be that you take lots of short trips and don't get the engine warm for a longer time. This is from the moisture that is in the air and your oil that burns off most engines as they drive longer distances. Yours may not burn off with short trips. Drive it farther/longer once a week or so. No reason not to change it. Find a new place to do it.
water in the oil would be a blown or cracked head gasket/cracked head

if its not smoking white smoke then prolly just get a new dipstick it may not be sealing and when driving through water it may be getting into the oil
Buy a new car.
your mechanic
boil the gas, that should work...i think
